Is this allowed on Airbnb?
Airbnb asks for photos that show your place accurately. Keep your real photos in the listing and use ours as a labelled idea, for example on your own site or in owner pitches. You stay in charge of what you publish.
Do you change the property?
No. Walls, doors, windows, furniture, finishes and views stay as photographed. We only improve light and exposure, tidy up and keep cars, bins and clutter out of shot. Nothing is renovated, repainted or added.
Why is there an Illustrative label?
UK consumer law bans misleading images. The label tells guests the photo has been edited for light and tidiness.
Whose photos are they?
Yours. The free demo uses photos that are already public. You keep all rights to what we deliver.
